RecruitApp.ai Zapier Triggers are the foundation for automating your recruitment workflows and connecting RecruitApp.ai with thousands of other apps. Triggers are events in RecruitApp.ai—such as receiving a new interest card or updating a candidate’s status—that kick off automated actions in other tools.
In this article, we’ll explore how RecruitApp.ai Triggers work, their benefits, and how you can use them to streamline your recruitment process and save valuable time.
You can configure the following RecruitApp.ai triggers in Zapier:
- New Interest Card
Triggers when a new interest card is created. - Rescheduled Interest Card
Triggers when an existing interest card is rescheduled for a new hiring event. - New Kiosk App Contact
Triggers when a new kiosk contact is received during an outreach event. - Hiring Event Report
Triggers when a hiring event is closed. Provides a complete list of all applicants including those scheduled, attended and missed as well as details regarding the hiring event. - Missed Hiring Event Report
Triggers when a hiring event is closed. Provides a complete list of all applicants who missed their hiring event appointment as well as details regarding the hiring event. - Attended Hiring Event Report
Triggers when a hiring event is closed. Provides a complete list of all applicants who attended their hiring event appointment as well as details regarding the hiring event. - Archived Hiring Event
Triggers when a hiring event is archived. Provides a complete list of all applicants including those scheduled, attended and missed as well as details regarding the hiring event.
Important: Hiring Event Report, Missed Hiring Event Report, Attended Hiring Event Report, and Archived Hiring Event will contain multiple interest cards. Ensure that your Zap is configured to loop through all of the records.
If the app you want to connect with RecruitApp.ai in Zapier can't handle multiple records at once, you can use an app like Google Sheets as a middle step.
Here’s how it works: Zapier can save each record from RecruitApp.ai as a new row in a Google Sheet. Then, your destination app can read the new rows from the Google Sheet and process the data as needed. This setup helps bridge the gap and complete your desired integration seamlessly.
