How do I view and pay my invoices?

Managing your subscription payments on RecruitApp.ai is handled through our billing partner, Stripe. Depending on whether you choose to pay annually or monthly, you will receive invoices accordingly. Here’s how you can view and pay your invoices:


Viewing Your Invoices:

  1. Check Your Email:

    • Invoices are sent to the email address associated with your RecruitApp.ai account.
    • Look for emails from Stripe, which will contain your invoice details.
  2. Access the Invoice:

    • Open the email from Stripe.
    • Click on the link provided in the email to view your invoice online.

Paying Your Invoices:


Annual Payment Plan:

  • Yearly Invoice:
    • If you have opted for an annual payment plan, you will receive a yearly invoice.
    • Follow the link in the email to view and pay your invoice through Stripe.
    • Wire Transfer: You also have the option to pay your annual invoice by wire transfer. The wire transfer details will be provided in the invoice email from Stripe.


Monthly Payment Plan:

  • Monthly Invoice:
    • If you have opted for a monthly payment plan, you will receive a monthly invoice.
    • A credit card or ACH check must be stored on file with Stripe to facilitate automatic payments.
    • Your stored payment method will be auto-charged at the beginning of each billing period.


Payment Methods:

  1. Credit Card:

    • Ensure that your credit card details are up-to-date in your Stripe account settings.
    • The card on file will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle if you are on a monthly plan.


  2. ACH Check:

    • You can also store ACH check details on file with Stripe.
    • ACH payments will be auto-processed at the beginning of each billing cycle for monthly payments.


  3. Wire Transfer (Annual Plans Only):

    • If you choose to pay annually by wire transfer, follow the wire transfer instructions provided in your invoice email.
    • Ensure that the transfer is completed by the due date specified in the invoice.


Updating Payment Information:

  1. Stripe Account Settings:
    • Log in to your Stripe account using the credentials provided when you first set up your payment method.
